Grand Scheme Promotions invites you to participate in Granville Art Affair on the Great Lawn of the historic Bryn Du Mansion, a new tradition for Licking County and the arts community! Granville Art Affair is a juried show and will consider media that falls into the category of fine art.  Work must be of original concept, design, and execution.  Artists may only exhibit work in the category for which the jury accepted them.  

This entry form and fee are due March 31, 2010.  Applications received by January 30 will receive a 10% early-bird discount on booth space. 3-4  photos of your art work are required for consideration and can be sent via email or mailed with your application.  The photo must be representative of all the work you plan to offer for sale.  A nonrefundable jury fee of $10.00 must be enclosed with your application. Exhibitors will be juried and notified about acceptance by April 15.  

Publicity is a priority to us, and we offer the opportunity for our artists to be featured on our website with their bio, a description of their work, and photos on a rotational basis for an additional $25.00.  

Each artist must supply their own booth furnishings and are responsible for maintaining and cleaning up their area after the show.  Space will be assigned and charged according to booth size.

10’ x 10’:  $150       10’ x 20’:  $200      20’x20’: $250

Booths are required to be all white.  Should you need a booth, a list of local suppliers is available on the Bryn Du Mansion website at www.bryndu.com.

Please consider donating a sample of your work to our nonprofit group raffle held during the event.

Please note:

1. Check-in and Booth Assignment will be Friday, June 11, after 6:30pm and Saturday, June 12, 6:30-10:00am.  An ID tag will be provided to each vendor.
2. You may unload as close to your booth space as possible and then move your vehicle to the vendor parking lot.
3. As a courtesy to our vendors, coffee and doughnuts will be offered in the morning.
4. Take-down: Not until after 5:00pm on Sunday,  June 13.
5. Booth must be attended at all times.  Booth sitters will be available upon request.
   
6. Each exhibitor takes full responsibility for their artwork and display throughout the duration of Art Affair. 
7. Be prepared for inclement weather.

In the event you should cancel, there will be no refunds 30 days prior to the event.
