Caterers and Food Vendors

If you are have a restaurant or catering business and are interested in being a food vendor at Granville Art Affair or providing food samples at the Wine Festival, please  fill out the application and mail to Grand Scheme Promotions, LLC, P.O. Box 188, Granville, OH 43023.

Musicians

Musicians interested in performing Saturday, June 11, or Sunday, June 12, 2011, should fill out the information on this page and click the submit button.

Volunteers

To volunteer at Granville Art Affair, please fill out the information on this page and click the submit button.  High school volunteers will receive hours for their respective clubs such as National Honor Society and Key Club.  All volunteers will receive an event t-shirt.

Parking

The Bryn Du Mansion's Great Lawn is located at 537 Jones Road, Granville, Ohio 43023, and is accessible from Highways 16, 161, and 37.  From Columbus: Take 161 east to the 37 South exit.  Turn left at the exit ramp, and turn right on Broadway. The festival venue is on the left.  From Newark: Take 16 west to the Granville Road exit. The festival venue is located on the right.  See the Yahoo map locator below.

Saturday, June 11

Parking is available at Spring Hills Baptist Church located on Newark-Granville Road across from Bryn Du Mansion's Great Lawn.  Shuttle service from the parking lot to the mansion is available, or visitors may cross Newark-Granville Road and enter through the south gate. 

Visitors may also park on Longford Drive off Jones Road and enter the venue at the east gate on Jones Road.

Free shuttle service on the Columbus Trolley is provided for our visitors.  Park in downtown Granville and take the shuttle from the College Town House on Broadway.

Handicapped parking is available in the Bryn Du Mansion parking lot. 

Sunday, June 12

Parking is available in the Bryn Du Mansion parking lot and at Spring Hills Baptist Church located on Newark-Granville Road across from Bryn Du Mansion's Great Lawn.  Shuttle service from the parking lot to the mansion is available, or visitors may cross Newark-Granville Road and enter through the south gate.  

Visitors may also park on Longford Drive off Jones Road and enter the venue at the east gate on Jones Road.

Handicapped parking is available in the Bryn Du Mansion parking lot.
